A resident's directory of the city's public parks β what's at each one, how big it is, and when it opened. From Atlantic beachfront access to lakeside greens and signature tennis centers.
The City of Hallandale Beach maintains its grounds through a Parks, Recreation & Open Spaces department, working from a City-Wide Parks Master Plan. In 2018, voters approved a Parks General Obligation (GO) Bond that funded a wave of rebuilds β Ingalls Park and the city's flagship Peter Bluesten Park reopened in 2019, and the Golden Isles Park & Tennis Center followed in 2021. Other projects, like O.B. Johnson Park in 2017, were funded through the city's Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA).
